Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled Spa Day to receive a service credit. Cancellations made in less than 7 days prior to your scheduled Spa Day will be charged 50% of total booked services and the balance towards a service credit. Cancellations made 4 days or less prior to your scheduled Spa Day is considered a no show and will be charged 100% of the booked services.
Refunds:
All Spa Day service prepayments are final. We do not issue refunds on Spa Day cancellations or no shows.

Arrival Time:
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled Spa Day. This allows us to start your services on time.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late for your Spa Day you will receive the time left in your sessions.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must made 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Cancellations made in less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the booked service. Cancellations made 8 hours or less prior to appointment time is considered a no show. A no call/no show for an appointment will be charged 100% of the booked service. For Gift Card or Pre-Paid services a no call/no show for an appointment will result in forfeit of the entire amount due.
