First time booking? Please read below and complete an intake form prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must made up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the booked service. Cancellations made 8 hours or less prior to appointment time is considered a no show. A no call/no show for an appointment will be charged 100% of the booked service. For Gift Card or Pre-Paid services a no call/no show for an appointment will result in forfeit of the entire amount due.
Arrival Time:

We recommend that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to start your service on time. 

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late for your appointment you will receive the time left in your session. You will be charged for the initial booked treatment time.



All service & product sales are final. No refunds on prepaid services.
